???摘要：Triclosan is widely used in personal care products as an antibacterial agent, however it has several off-target effects.?This talk describes our work on the metabolism of triclosan and methyltriclosan in fish and people, as well as the inhibitory interactions of triclosan and sulfotransferase enzymes.

???Margaret O. James教授1972年在伦敦恒峰体育生物化学专业获得理学博士学位，其后在美国从事博士后研究，目前为佛罗里达恒峰体育资深教授。主要研究药物代谢、毒性反应对人类和动物的影响，在相关国际期刊发表研究论文百余篇，研究成果被广泛引用。目前担任《Aquatic Toxicology》、《Chemico-Biological Interactions》等国际期刊的编委。
